He (Stanley Lomax) is the eldest of eight kids, left in charge after his mom stepped out and dad was away.
One of the siblings recorded Stanley Jamar Lomax Jr flogging his sister and showed it to their dad when he returned.
This happened on September 26th. Two weeks ago, Lomax was arrested and charged.
When the cops asked him why he was cruel to the kid.
He said, “she was being disobedient so I whooped her. I didn’t mean to harm her, but she kept moving around so the belt also followed her around.”
Initially the cops didn’t want to arrest Lomax. But the father insisted.
Saying, the siblings have complained of Lomax punching and stepping on her head about 5/6 times, but since they had no evidence, they didn’t call cops.
But now that there is evidence, he must be arrested. Lomax was arrested on 5th October, now awaiting trial.
The parents were not charged for neglect despite public calls.
