APC Claims Edge In Osun Race
A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, Olatunbosun Oyintiloye, has said the opposition in Osun State is worried about losing the coming governorship election.
He made the claim in Osogbo ahead of the August 15 poll.
He said recent accusations against the APC and its candidate, Bola Oyebamiji, are driven by fear rather than facts.
According to him, the opposition is spreading false claims to influence voters.
Oyintiloye insisted that the party has resolved its internal issues and is fully prepared for the election.
He added that the APC candidate has gained strong support due to his track record and campaign strength.
With the election date approaching, the APC chieftain expressed confidence that voters will back the party.
Meanwhile, the current governor, Ademola Adeleke, is seeking another term, setting the stage for a tight contest.
