If you selected the school as your first choice in JAMB and meet the cut-off, you’re eligible to apply. This article explains the available courses, application steps and what to do next.</p>
<p><strong>Admission Open for ND Programmes</strong></p>
<p>Federal Polytechnic Bauchi has started its admission process for the 2025/2026 session. If you’re aiming for a National Diploma (ND), now’s the time to act.</p>
<p>You’re eligible if you chose Bauchi Poly as your first choice in JAMB and scored the minimum mark required. Missed that? You can still switch to Bauchi as your first choice through the JAMB change of institution portal or by visiting any JAMB office.</p>
<p>To apply, you’ll need to pay a non-refundable fee of ₦2,000. This gives you access to the school portal to upload your documents and complete your application.</p>

<p>You can apply if:</p>

<p><strong>Step-by-Step Application Guide</strong></p>
<p>Here’s how to apply:</p>

<li>Visit the <a href="https://portal.fptb.edu.ng/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">school’s portal</a>.</li>
<li>Click <strong>Online Admission</strong>.</li>
<li>Fill in your details and generate your payment slip (RRR).</li>
<li>Take that slip to any bank or pay online using <a href="https://remita.net/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Remita</a>.</li>
<li>Go back to the same portal.</li>
<li>Finish your application using the Application Number and phone number you started with.</li>
</ol>
<p>Read the instructions on the portal carefully. Rushing through can cause problems later.</p>
<p><strong>What You Should Know</strong></p>
<p>JAMB now requires all students to make a school their <strong>first choice</strong> to be eligible for admission. So if you haven’t done that for Bauchi Poly, it’s time to make the switch.</p>
<p>Also, once you’re offered admission, make sure to accept it and print out your JAMB admission letter within <strong>four weeks</strong>. If not, you’ll lose the offer. No second chances here.</p>

<p>The Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO) has begun accepting applications for the 2025/2026 Post UTME and Direct Entry screening.</p>
<p>If you picked FUTO as your <strong>first choice</strong>and scored <strong>150 or more</strong>, you’re good to go. Don’t panic if you didn’t choose them at first—<a href="https://naijauser.com/forums/discussion/jamb-change-of-course-how-to-change-your-jamb-course-online/" rel="nofollow nofollow">JAMB change of course/how to change your JAMB course online</a>. Just do it before applying.</p>
<p>The application runs from <strong>Wednesday, 23 July to Sunday, 31 August 2025</strong>. No extensions have been promised, so don’t wait till the last day.</p>
