Davido visited President Julius Maada Bio in Freetown, Sierra Leone, ahead of his 5ive Alive World Tour performance, receiving a warm welcome from the president.
The Nigerian superstar praised the country’s hospitality and security, describing Sierra Leone as his “second home.” He also promised to return for future shows, including one following the completion of the National Stadium.
Recalling his 2017 concert, which drew over 50,000 fans, Davido assured his audience of a spectacular performance. The show, initially set for December 21, was rescheduled to December 22 to avoid a clash with the African Nations Cup opening ceremony.
President Bio expressed delight at Davido’s visit, highlighting the excitement among Sierra Leoneans and commending the organizers for facilitating the event.
