Phyna has indicated that she is open to settling her differences with Afrobeats star Davido after their past social media clash.

During a livestream, the media personality revealed her intention to apologise to the singer and move past the disagreement. The tension began in 2023 when Davido liked a tweet that criticised Phyna, a move her fans interpreted as an attack, sparking backlash against the musician.

Phyna explained that she would also be willing to join Davido on a livestream to properly address the issue and understand his reasons for liking the post. According to her, hearing his explanation is important before fully resolving the matter.

“If I get the opportunity to stream with Davido, I will take it. I’m going to tender an apology to him, but before doing so, I would like to know what really happened. He go explain how him take like that comment wey cause problem,” she said
