Magician Peller has apologized following a tense exchange with a woman named Oginika at a restaurant, an incident that drew criticism across social media.
Peller acknowledged that his reaction was inappropriate and expressed regret for his behavior. He explained that the constant online criticism he faces had affected him, which contributed to his outburst during the encounter.
He also addressed Oginika directly, advising her on respectful communication.
“That girl that I met in that food place that we exchanged some words, I’m sorry. But I’m traumatized. The hate I get online is a lot, and when someone says something negative in real life, it gets to me. Oginika, I’m sorry. But you too no dey talk to people like that, e no fair,” Peller said.
