BBNaija star Adekunle Olopade, popularly known as Adekunle, caught the internet’s attention with his playful questions to Annie Idibia at the 9th African Music Awards (AFRIMA) held at Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island.

During the award presentation for Best Male Artist, Adekunle took a lighthearted moment to ask Annie about her relationship status.

“Just before we present the award, I just wanted to find out, are you single?” he asked.

Annie replied with a smile, “He is a fine young man, though, I am not going to lie.”

Adekunle joked further, “I don’t want a situation where someone would run and slap me off stage.”

Annie reassured him, saying, “You are safe.”
