Kai Cenat has cleared the air after sparking intense online speculation with a YouTube video titled “I Quit,” released on January 13, 2026, amid his ongoing break from Twitch following his record-setting Mafiathon 3.

The dramatic title immediately sent fans into a frenzy, with many believing the streaming star was preparing to walk away from live streaming. However, the 23-minute video revealed that Cenat is not quitting streaming but reshaping his creative direction by merging his online presence with new interests, particularly fashion.

Cenat explained that the message behind the video was about stepping away from fear, self-doubt, and the pressure of being boxed into one identity. He described the moment as a period of reflection, emphasizing that his passion for creating content remains strong.

He said his biggest limitation had been holding back from pursuing new goals because of how he is widely known as a streamer. Rather than abandoning streaming, he stressed that he is expanding his creative scope.

The streamer also officially announced his entry into the fashion world with the launch of his clothing brand, Vivet. The name, derived from Latin and meaning “will live,” reflects his desire to build something lasting beyond his current success. To prepare, Cenat revealed that he spent much of late 2025 in Italy learning the fundamentals of fashion design and production.

He emphasized that the venture is deeply personal and not a celebrity cash grab, describing it as the first passion he has discovered outside content creation.

In addition to Vivet, Cenat introduced a previously hidden YouTube channel titled kai’s Mind. Unlike his high-energy main channel, the platform focuses on personal growth and self-improvement, featuring videos of reading practice, workouts, and his early efforts at sewing as part of his fashion journey.

Despite the dramatic framing of his announcement, Cenat made it clear that streaming remains central to his career. What is evolving is how he defines himself—blending streaming with fashion and long-term personal growth rather than limiting himself to a single creative identity.
