Prophet Chukwuemeka Ohanaemere, better known as Odumeje, has reignited debate in Nigeria with a startling prophecy about his own death.
In a viral video from a recent church service, the Onitsha-based pastor declared that his earthly journey is almost over — but insisted that when he dies, no one will ever see his body.
Proclaiming himself “the strongest spiritual man in the world after TB Joshua,” Odumeje told his congregation that his mission is not about longevity but about completing a divine assignment. “One has finished his mission and returned home. Now it is just the Lion himself, the dead man,” he said, drawing gasps from worshippers.
According to him, “I am the strongest spiritual man in the world after the general TB Joshua. We are not many, we are just two. One has done his job, and when I die, no one will see my corpse. I don’t have much time here. Our mission is to clear the doubt of Jesus Christ. One mission, one God, one power.”
Popularly called “The Indaboski Bahose,” Odumeje leads the Mountain of Holy Ghost Intervention and Deliverance Ministry in Anambra State, a church famous for its dramatic deliverance sessions, flamboyant preaching, and unconventional prophecies.
His latest claim adds to a long history of bold spiritual statements that mix faith with theatrics. Known for staging physical “battles” with demons during services and making viral declarations of supernatural power, Odumeje has built a reputation as both a controversial prophet and a showman.
He emphasized that his calling is not about a long life but about proving the supremacy of Jesus Christ. “Our work is to clear doubts. There is only one God, one power, and that power is Jesus Christ,” he said.
The prophecy has since sparked a flurry of reactions online, with some Nigerians calling it divine revelation while others dismiss it as yet another act of religious drama.
Whether seen as a true prophet or a spiritual performer, Odumeje continues to command attention in Nigeria’s religious landscape — and his latest prophecy about vanishing without a trace only deepens the mystery surrounding him.
