Raymond Cruz, the actor best known for playing Tuco Salamanca in Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul, was arrested in Los Angeles on Monday on suspicion of misdemeanor battery.
Police sources told TMZ that the 60-year-old actor allegedly sprayed a woman with water from a garden hose during an incident outside his home in the Silverlake area while he was washing his car.
Cruz reportedly asked the woman, who had parked behind him, to move her vehicle. When she refused, he sprayed her with water, which she claimed was intentional.
He was taken into custody and processed at a local police station. No charges had been filed as of Monday afternoon, and the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office is expected to handle the case.
According to reports, minor infractions such as this are often resolved through office hearings, which may result in warnings, deferred prosecution, or requirements such as attending anger management classes.
