Nollywood actress Rita Edochie has hit back at Yinka Theisen over her continued social media attacks on the Edochie family.

In a post on Instagram, Rita shared a photo of a monkey wearing a wig, which appeared to be a direct dig at Yinka. She captioned it with a strong rebuke, writing: “Edochie’s family is not a dumping ground for retarded individuals. Person wey no get integrity dey constitute nuisance on the streets of social media. I join all right-thinking men and women, especially May Nation, to call on this mentally deranged individual in America to stop being a nuisance online.”

Rita further described Yinka as a “public bore hole” and warned that her behavior would no longer be tolerated, urging her to step away from the family and focus on her own life. She even suggested Yinka “move into the bush and start hunting for another young man” instead of meddling in theirs.

The feud dates back to Yinka’s former relationship with Linc Edochie, which ended on bad terms. Since then, she has repeatedly criticized and targeted members of the Edochie family online, prompting Rita to respond in defense of her family, particularly in support of May Edochie following Yul Edochie’s second marriage.

The ongoing online spat has drawn mixed reactions from fans, with some praising Rita for standing up for her family while others are calling for an end to the public confrontation. Yinka has not responded to Rita’s latest remarks.
