Khloé Kardashian is keeping it real about her love life — or her break from it. In the season 7 premiere of The Kardashians, the mom of two shared an unexpectedly candid moment about her celibacy and emotional well-being.

During a conversation with Simon Huck, who co-founded Lemme with Khloé’s sister Kourtney Kardashian, she learned about the brand’s latest campaign featuring actress Julia Fox, who hasn’t had sex in four years. Huck explained, “This gummy is all about self-pleasure, too. So it’s not just about partner pleasure.”

That’s when Khloé revealed, “I haven’t had sex in over three years.”

Huck laughed, clearly surprised: “This gummy is perfect for you.”

When he asked if she was seeing anyone, Khloé was blunt: “Nope. Not anyone I’m texting. I don’t have any person’s phone number.”

Her longtime friend Malika Haqq noted Huck’s reaction: “He was in disbelief,” especially after Khloé added, “I don’t even have nudes.”
