An Abuja Chief Magistrate Court has issued a summons to Nigerian rapper Tochukwu Ojogwu, popularly known as Odumodublvck, over allegations of criminal intimidation against Olayinka Osagie Onobun, Head of A&R at Chocolate City Music.
In the court document dated November 3, 2025, Chief Magistrate Farida Ibrahim directed Odumodublvck to appear before the court on November 6 to respond to the allegations.
The petition, filed by Onobun’s lawyer, Pelumi Olajengbesi, claimed that the rapper used a series of posts on X to intimidate and threaten his client.
Olajengbesi urged the court to investigate and prosecute the matter, arguing that Odumodublvck’s actions amount to criminal intimidation under Sections 396 and 397 of the Penal Code Act of the FCT.
The summons follows weeks of public drama involving Odumodublvck, who recently clashed online with Morin Oluwatobi, the manager of rapper Blaqbonez, reigniting friction within the Chocolate City circle.
Amid the growing controversy, the rapper also criticized hip-hop legend Jude ‘MI’ Abaga, accusing him of hypocrisy and refusing to take sides in the ongoing feud.
Odumodublvck later admitted that recent events have taken a toll on him, saying he and his friends have been “painted in terrible lights” and that a personal matter has been “twisted into something it is not.”
