An Ilorin Alfa was caught with butchered body parts of a missing student whom he claims to be his girlfriend., But she wasn’t.
He klled her, cut her intestines, hand and ears. And put her blood in a water bottle.
On 10th of February, Hafash Yetunde Lawal, a final year student of KCOED, went for a naming ceremony. From there she told her friend she wanted to visit someone around, and she’d go home from there.
The person she went to visit is.. Alfa, Abdurrahman Mohammad Ballo.
Unlike Yetunde, she failed to return home that night. The next day too.
So her family started looking for her. They launched a successful search involving relevant authorities who traced her through the last person who called her, which led them to the Alfa’s house.
This was like two days after she went missing. When they apprehended the Alfa. He confessed he had killed her already.

They asked him for her body. He said he had disposed it. And what’s left is just pieces of Yetunde that he put in different plastic containers. And some of her blood, that he put in a water bottle, with her hand and parts of her intestine.
This was two days later.. yet, his Centre table and sitting room was still stained with fresh blood. Hinting, he perhaps klled her that day or he had another victim, which is the likely option.
Because, when they searched his house..— In his room they found 12 pairs of female slippers and several phones, SIM cards, women clothes, waist beads, scarfs, jewelry, lip gloss, etc.
Which indicated Yetunde wasn’t his first time. Just like Gospel Singer, Timileyin Ajayi, they also found basins and special knives in the Alfa’s house.
Muslims have distanced themselves from the Alfa. With many tagging him a ritualist, more than an Islamic Cleric.
Yetunde’s family is asking for only one thing., Justice. Alfa Abdurrahman Mohammad Ballo is currently in police custody. He is an aspiring KWASU student, where he planned to continue his “hustle”.
However the Kwara High Court has sentenced Alfa Abdurrahman Mohammad Bello to death by hanging over the ritual klling of Lawal Yetunde. — He admitted he did it.
