Reno Omokri’s ex-wife, Tuokpe Onuwaje, has publicly called him out for reportedly neglecting their child with special needs for more than a year.

The political commentator had recently shared a post on Facebook showing his daughter accompanying him to the gym.

Quoting the post, Onuwaje made a heartfelt appeal for Omokri to spend genuine father-son time with their son, who she claims has not seen his father since June 2024.

She urged him to focus on building meaningful connections rather than posting staged photos for social media attention.

She wrote:

“Reno Omokri, stop showing up just for photo ops—show up for real life. Our son with special needs is waiting for quality time with his dad, not just the fleeting visits you do with his siblings. You haven’t spent time with him since June 2024—over a year!

Prioritize meaningful moments over social media validation. Be present, be involved, and be a constant in your children’s lives. Real parenting happens in the everyday moments, not just in staged photos. Put down the camera!”
