The engagement happened during Venezuela’s 16th birthday party, with her mother, Paris Fury, capturing and sharing the heartwarming moment on Instagram for her 1.9 million followers.

The video shows Venezuela laughing and dancing before Noah surprises her by getting down on one knee and proposing. After a brief moment of shock, she happily accepted.
