Veteran Nollywood actor Duro Michael has passed away after a long battle with health complications.
Michael, who had withdrawn from the screen for years due to illness, died on Tuesday. His colleague and filmmaker, Stanleyontop, confirmed the news on Thursday.
He had struggled with complications from diabetes, which led to the amputation of one of his legs.
After the surgery, he appealed for public support to cover his treatment and get a prosthetic limb.
