Nigerian actor Shawn Faqua and his wife, Sharon Ifunanya Maduekwe, made history by holding Nigeria’s first-ever wedding on a moving train.
The landmark ceremony took place on Sunday, October 19, 2025, aboard the Lagos-Ibadan Standard Gauge Railway, departing from Mobolaji Johnson Train Station in Alagomeji-Yaba, Lagos. The train was elegantly decorated, providing a romantic and intimate setting for the couple to exchange vows.
