Juventus has sacked head coach Igor Tudor following a 0–1 defeat to Lazio in Serie A, as the club’s management grew increasingly frustrated with the team’s poor form.
Fabrizio Romano reports that the Juventus board has officially informed Tudor of his dismissal. Massimo Brambilla has been appointed as interim coach while the club searches for a permanent replacement.
The loss to Lazio marked Tudor’s third consecutive defeat in charge and extended Juventus’ winless streak to eight games. The side has struggled both in attack and defense throughout this run.
Earlier reports indicated that Italian manager Raffaele Palladino is being considered as a potential successor, with the possibility of taking charge of the team for the remainder of the season if confirmed by the board.
