Regina Daniels has once again set social media abuzz with startling revelations about her marriage to billionaire and politician Ned Nwoko.
In a series of emotional posts on her Instagram story, the Nollywood actress said she felt deceived after leaving her extended family, only to find herself maintaining a polygamous household. She claimed she had been responsible for the welfare and feeding of her husband’s other wife, Laila Charani, and had even financed several household expenses without acknowledgment.
According to Regina, her attempts to build a cordial relationship with Laila failed because of what she described as “malicious and unreasonable” behavior. She further accused Laila of manipulating Ned by spreading lies that Regina might harm her daughters — an accusation she said her husband shockingly believed.
Regina also revealed that Laila once lamented about Ned’s lack of attention and financial care for her and their children, exposing deeper cracks within the family.
In her post, the actress vented:
“I left my extended family only to start supporting a polygamous home? I’m furious! And it’s okay to mock me? Ned, you’re supposed to be an Odogwu — and you are one, but this situation is embarrassing.
Let your new ‘Regina’ know that I paid for their house and fed them repeatedly. I funded so much but won’t spill everything. I tried to talk sense into her, but she’s senseless and wicked. Imagine her telling Ned I could hurt their daughters — and he actually believed her!
She even once admitted he barely does anything for her or the children; it’s all just for social media. Now everyone wants to talk about $50,000 — please, stop. If I reveal the full truth, people will think I’ve lost it. I might be the ‘brokest’ person alive, but I’m also the richest in my own way.”
