Maraji has openly criticized Ned Nwoko, urging him to drop the ongoing back-and-forth involving Regina Daniels and stop justifying himself to the public.

She dismissed his recent claims about Regina’s conduct and argued that he was only embarrassing himself by repeatedly explaining the situation online. According to her, Ned should focus on women within his age range instead of dragging a much younger wife into public controversy.

Maraji questioned the purpose of his long explanations, insisting that no one asked for them and nothing meaningful would come out of it. Her remarks showed clear support for Regina while expressing irritation over Ned’s decision to address the matter publicly.

She said:
“We believe you, grandpa. All these ones you’re going up and down to explain, no need. You said she drinks, smokes, and does drugs, we believe. When elders spot little children misbehaving, they will say she’s just a child, just accept it.”

“Maybe next time when you see a small child you will leave her, so she won’t bring her childish attitude to your house. When looking for a woman, look for a mature one. This one you’re going up and down to explain for what? Are you explaining to us? What do you expect to happen?”
