2Baba’s brother, Hyacinth Idibia, has called on the music icon to let his family step in and support him, saying it’s time to “allow us to save you” amid ongoing personal struggles.
In an Instagram post, Hyacinth noted how 2Baba’s life appears to reflect the pain often expressed in his lyrics. “You’ve always been ahead, always been brilliant, lyrics meant to inspire, but somehow, it’s unfolding in real time. Painful reality, allow us save you. Oyinem, you’ve been suffering for too long. God knows,” he wrote.
The statement comes after another brother, Charles Idibia, accused 2Baba’s partner, Natasha Osawaru, of controlling his devices and interfering with his business, claiming the singer is “living in bondage.”
Family concerns have intensified following a viral video showing 2Baba being questioned and led away by UK police, sparking widespread online discussion about his personal life and the pressures he faces.
