Super Eagles and Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen has been crowned Sportsman of the Year at the 2025 GQ Türkiye Men of the Year Awards.

The 26-year-old received the honor at a glittering ceremony on Wednesday night, recognized for his exceptional performances with Galatasaray last season.

Osimhen scored 37 goals and provided seven assists in 41 appearances, helping the club secure the league title and prompting Galatasaray to make his transfer from Napoli permanent for a Turkish record fee of €75 million.

Continuing his impressive form, Osimhen has already scored 11 goals in 14 matches for Galatasaray this season.
