Davido delivered a show-stopping performance on Saturday night at the official kick-off concert for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Morocco.
The pre-tournament event, held at Olm Souissi Fan Zone in Rabat, drew fans hours before the tournament’s opening match. Hypeman Special Spesh introduced the Nigerian superstar, who charged onto the stage to thunderous applause, instantly igniting the crowd.

The concert also highlighted African musical diversity, featuring international and local talent, including Moroccan-American rapper French Montana, Comorian singer Says’Z, and Moroccan performers Douaa Lahyaoui and Lartiste, making it a spectacular opening celebration for AFCON 2025.
