Nollywood actress Georgina Onuoha has addressed the growing chaos within May Nation, the fan base of May Yul‑Edochie, calling for an end to threats and harmful messages being sent in the actress’s name.
In a strong Instagram message, Georgina thanked genuine supporters for standing by May, writing: “First and foremost, thank you sincerely and deeply for standing with my sister, May Yul‑Edochie, through everything. You came together after witnessing the injustice done to her, and even in her silence, you have continued to speak for her, defend her, and fight for her. For that, I am truly grateful.” She praised fans who advocate for May’s success and wellbeing, describing her as a peace‑loving, kind, family‑centered woman whose core values are love, loyalty, and dignity.
But Georgina warned that malicious individuals have infiltrated the fan base, using the May Nation name to send threats and provoke chaos. She revealed that someone close to her recently received a vile message targeting their family, stressing: “Let me be very clear: that does not represent May, nor does it represent May Nation.”
She reminded supporters of May’s true nature: “May is not a violent person. She does not threaten. She does not harass. She does not go after people’s families. She does not engage in cruelty.” Georgina urged fans to stop the chaos and reflect May’s restraint and dignity, pointing out that she chooses silence over retaliation, citing the Igbo saying: ama ndi aneze – dignity in silence.
Closing her post, she pleaded with fans to channel their energy positively: “If you love her, mirror her heart. Mirror her kindness. Mirror her restraint. Mirror her grace.” Georgina emphasized that the fan community is united by justice and love for May, and urged them to protect that unity without causing harm or escalating online chaos.
