Drama erupted online between Portable’s wife, Bewaji, and his baby mama, Ashabi Simple, shortly after the singer was released from detention.

The feud started when Bewaji posted a video that appeared to troll Ashabi Simple — who was partly involved in the issues that led to Portable’s imprisonment — using a cheeky “😜” face. She also shared another post with digital clown makeup, captioned: “Make una sha no come for me because ko ni funny,” signaling she wasn’t fazed by critics.

Ashabi Simple fired back on her Instagram Story, dismissing Bewaji’s antics as childish. She wrote: “Isn’t that childish, Iyawa? Me throw shades keh? Any shade wey I c now na to use ham see front. I no dey throw anybody. Not looking for cheap fame here.”

Fans have since been glued to social media, following the ongoing online clash between the two women amid the public interest in Portable’s personal life and recent legal troubles.
