Iyabo Obasanjo Targets Ogun Governorship
Prof. Iyabo Obasanjo, daughter of former President Olusegun Obasanjo, has declared her intention to secure the All Progressives Congress ticket for the 2027 governorship race in Ogun State.
She expressed confidence in her chances within the party.
She said her decision followed consultations with party members and supporters across the state.

Iyabo, a former senator who once represented Ogun Central, noted that her experience in public service would guide her campaign.
