Man On The Run After Girlfriend’s Death In Abuja
A young woman identified as Esther Akwaji has died in Abuja after falling ill while eating at her boyfriend’s residence, triggering a police investigation in the Federal Capital Territory.
The incident happened during a visit to the man’s house, where Esther reportedly became unwell while having a meal. She later died under circumstances that are now raising serious concern.
Following the incident, the boyfriend reportedly fled the area and has not been seen since, prompting police to declare him a person of interest in the case.
The FCT Police Command confirmed that it has begun investigations to determine what led to the death and to establish whether foul play was involved.
