Obi Makes Bold 2027 Move with ADC
Peter Obi has officially announced that he will run for president in 2027 under the African Democratic Congress, expressing strong belief in his chances at the polls.
He explained that his exit from the Labour Party followed claims that the electoral body would not recognise the party’s leadership if he remained.
He added that there were efforts to edge him out of the ballot, a situation that pushed him to seek a new platform.
Obi said he would join the race regardless of obstacles and insisted that election results must be properly transmitted.
