The family of Senate Minority Leader Senator Patrick Abba Moro is mourning after suffering the heartbreaking loss of his son and grandson within just two days.
Victor Moro, the senator’s son, had recently completed his studies in Turkey and returned to Nigeria to take part in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme. Tragically, he was killed in a car accident along the Mararaba axis in Nasarawa State, barely a day after the burial of his father’s grandson.
Victor had reportedly set out from his family home to attend to personal matters when the fatal crash occurred.
The incidents have left Senator Moro, his family, and close associates in deep grief, with many describing the back-to-back losses as an unimaginable tragedy.
