Bournemouth struck first when Evanilson capitalized on an intercepted pass from Gabriel to put the visitors ahead.
Arsenal quickly responded, with Gabriel leveling the score just six minutes later.
After halftime, Declan Rice turned the game in Arsenal’s favor with two well-taken goals, giving the hosts a two-goal cushion.
Although Kroupi Jr scored for Bournemouth to make it tense, Arsenal held on to claim all three points.
