Kai Cenat has revealed that he is single, prompting a public response from his ex-girlfriend Gabrielle “Gigi” Alayah, who denied cheating allegations and clarified that she ended the relationship.
The Twitch streamer shared a short message on X, amid growing speculation about his breakup with Alayah, an influencer and content creator.
Cenat had confirmed their relationship in December 2024 during his birthday livestream, ending months of fan speculation. He said dating Alayah had made him happier and more focused, noting that they met in Manhattan and that the relationship positively influenced his mindset.
Alayah addressed the breakup rumors on social media, writing: “I left, now you wanna get on the internet and rush to paint a false narrative about off a FAKE twitter post is insane. I’ve never cheated on you, and YOU know that. I have never dealt with that man… play that sympathetic role somewhere else pls.”
For weeks, rumors had circulated online linking Alayah to rapper NBA YoungBoy and suggesting she had been unfaithful—claims she firmly denied. Neither Cenat nor Alayah has shared further details about why the relationship ended.
