Authorities have made public the identities of 24 students abducted from Government Girls’ Comprehensive Secondary School in Maga, Danko/Wasagu LGA of Kebbi State, following the 16 November 2025 attack that triggered a nationwide outcry and a major rescue effort.

The disclosure comes as security agencies widen their search across surrounding forests, with tactical police and military units actively tracking the kidnappers. One student managed to escape during the raid, and two others have since found their way back home, raising hopes that more girls may return safely.
