Nigerian singer and songwriter Okereke Blessed Jordan, popularly known as Yarden, is set to drop the official song for the 2025 FIFA U-17 World Cup.

Yarden, who gained recognition with his viral single Wetin, which dominated TikTok and earned him a debut at number 9 on the TurnTable NXT Emerging Top Artistes chart for 17 weeks, is considered one of Nigeria’s most exciting new voices.

The Lagos-born artist is shaping the future of Afrobeats with a sound that blends soul, rhythm, and global energy. Since his breakthrough in 2023, Yarden’s music has captured the fearless and boundary-breaking spirit of a generation of African artists making waves on the global stage.

“TMRW’S GOAT celebrates the energy, dreams, and spirit of young players carving their own paths,” Yarden said. “The FIFA U-17 World Cup is where future legends are born, and this song reminds us that greatness starts today. Collaborating with Nour from Egypt made it even more special, showing how music, like football, can unite cultures and inspire the next generation.”

The song embodies themes of unity and competition, setting the stage for the 2025 FIFA U-17 World Cup, which kicks off next Monday.

This year’s tournament marks the first-ever 48-team FIFA U-17 competition, offering young football talents a global platform to showcase their skills and make their mark on the world stage.
