Portable has stirred fresh controversy with a fiery outburst, insisting that Olamide will eventually regret not signing him. The singer portrayed himself as an artist destined for global dominance, claiming that despite setbacks in the industry, his rise remains unstoppable.
He pointed to his international fan base and his relationship with Skepta as evidence that his career is already expanding beyond Nigeria. Portable also lashed out at critics and alleged saboteurs, accusing some industry figures of trying to block his progress and exploit him.
According to him, every challenge he faces is part of a bigger story of vindication and divine favor. He described himself as resilient, chosen, and on a path that no one can hinder.
He wrote, in part:
“Any disappointment is a blessing… I get international fan base… If you spoil me for who love me, you go die young… God bless Skepta, my helper wey carry me from where them stop… When my time come, you no fit stop me… Olamide Badoo go regret why him no sign me… God of Zazuu is coming for those blocking my way. I no dey beg to shine.”
Portable ended his message by reaffirming his belief that he is destined for worldwide stardom, calling himself “Portable Omolalomi, Tony Montana of London.”
