He has moved to file petitions at the EFCC for over 50 victims. Yet, somehow the authorities arrested him, the complaint even with overwhelming evidences.
In one of Scott’s videos an insider allegedly revealed to him that, the government has reclaimed some of PWAN’s estate, but they buyers, still think they have a property. He listed about 15 locations. And many many many more evidences for about 3 months.
Interestingly, some Real Estate folks are celebrating his arrest because of his campaign against over priced housing in Lagos and Nigeria.
However, his lawyer Stan Alieke assures that he’s actively working on his release. Yet more people are coming out to complain about PWAN, some have even forfeited their money up to ₦18M+.
