Achivers University Expels Students Over Sex Videos
Achievers University in Owo, Ondo State, has expelled at least 15 female students over their alleged involvement in explicit video activities linked to misconduct.
The decision was announced by the university’s management as part of its disciplinary actions.
The matter came to public attention after the Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of the Governing Council, Professor Bode Ayorinde, confirmed that the students were found culpable following internal investigations by the institution.
University authorities said the action followed established rules guiding student conduct and was taken after the students were invited to respond to allegations brought before the disciplinary panel.
The management added that the measure was meant to uphold academic standards and moral conduct on campus, stressing that the university would continue to enforce its regulations without favour.
