Comfort Emmanson, the Ibom Air passenger seen in a viral video clashing with a flight attendant, has given her account of what happened during the incident.
She said the air hostess brusquely ordered her to switch off her phone. After the flight landed, she went to the restroom and, on coming out, discovered that the passengers had disembarked. According to her, the hostess was waiting and stopped her from leaving the aircraft.
Emmanson alleged that the hostess pulled off her wig, damaging her necklace and phone. She said that action provoked her to poke the attendant in the face, as captured in the viral footage.
She added that she felt humiliated when her clothes were torn during the scuffle while onlookers recorded the scene with their phones.
