Davido recently responded sharply to a fan who urged him to organise his fanbase for better coordination with his team. The fan suggested that key fan pages work directly with his crew to create a structured system for smoother communication.
“Is there anyone in this fanbase that has direct contact to any of Davido’s team members? There’s things that we need to address abeg. Davido is doing his part — recording hits, doing strategic collabs, even handling his PR himself on social media. What are they doing?” the fan wrote.
He continued, “Plenty people won’t speak up, but I will, at the risk of getting blacklisted. We need a select few big accounts in contact with a responsible person from his team to coordinate and create a proper structure for this fanbase, and use it positively. Create a WhatsApp group or anything NOW.”
Davido reacted quickly, making his stance clear. He tweeted: “U Dey crase,” before adding another message: “We Dey stack millions of $ … u Dey talk about group chat 😭 … FEM.”
