Regina Daniels’ eldest brother has alleged that their sibling, Sammy, is still being held captive because the actress has refused to return to her husband, billionaire politician Ned Nwoko.
In a post shared online, he claimed that Ned is using Sammy’s detention as leverage to force Regina back home, accusing him of abusing power and violating human rights.
He wrote:
“Sammy does not have a right to legal aide. Sammy does not have a right to be seen. Sammy has had nothing to eat or drink. Sammy is alive? I no longer know! Sammy’s location has been undisclosed. Is this still an arrest, kidnap, or intimidation and abuse of power?
Ned said, and I quote, if Regina does not come back home, Sammy will never be released!”
He lamented that lawyers willing to take up the case have been barred from accessing Sammy, despite efforts to seek legal redress.
“I’ll be releasing a petition link soon. Do so well to sign! Lawyers are on standby, but Sammy can’t be seen or solicited for as instructed by Ned till Regina comes back,” he added.
The post has since stirred concern among fans, who are demanding answers over the alleged incident.
