Former BBNaija housemate Ifu Ennada has shared a moving account of how she narrowly escaped death and memory loss, describing her survival as a miracle anchored in faith.
In a lengthy Instagram post, the reality TV star revealed that for the past year and a half, she endured a series of terrifying experiences — including amnesia, a mental breakdown, and what she described as fierce spiritual attacks. Through it all, she said her faith in Jesus never wavered.
According to Ifu, her ordeal began on July 23, 2025 — her birthday — when she suddenly woke up unable to recognize her family or even remember who she was.
“It felt like my entire existence had been erased, but through the Holy Spirit, I didn’t forget God. I remembered Jesus, the Holy Spirit, and the meaning of my name in Hebrews 11:1. I prayed and I held on,” she wrote.
She said the frightening experience left her battling depression and exhaustion, but her mother’s prayers and her own belief in God kept her from giving up.
Describing the period as something straight out of a thriller, Ifu said she believes her story will inspire others to keep their faith alive no matter how dark life gets.
Having been absent from social media for more than a year, she added that her return is not just about reconnecting with fans but also about sharing a testimony of hope, healing, and divine deliverance.
