Sean “Diddy” Combs has reportedly broken prison rules at Fort Dix after being found brewing and drinking homemade alcohol, contradicting the sobriety pledge he made to a judge just weeks ago.

Sources told TMZ that Diddy was caught with a DIY inmate-made drink — a fermented mix of Fanta, sugar, and apples — prepared to produce alcohol inside the low-security New Jersey facility.

Prison authorities initially planned to discipline him and transfer him to another unit, but later reversed that decision, allowing him to remain in his current housing block.

The incident raises questions about Diddy’s claims of personal reform. Before his sentencing last month, he told the court that he had been sober for the first time in 25 years and was committed to changing his life. In a letter to the judge, he wrote that the “old version” of himself had died in prison and that he was embracing a new path.

Recent photos, however, show Diddy smiling and relaxed with fellow inmates in the Fort Dix yard, suggesting he has adapted comfortably to prison life.

Diddy is serving a 50-month sentence following his July conviction on two counts of violating the Mann Act. While prison officials have not commented on the discovery of the alcohol, the violation will remain on his record and could affect his privileges or eligibility for early release.
