Wike Gives Land Papers To FCT Rulers
In Abuja, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, has presented land allocation documents to members of the FCT Council of Traditional Rulers as part of efforts to improve ties with traditional institutions.
The presentation is aimed at strengthening cooperation between the government and traditional leaders, who play a key role in community leadership and grassroots engagement across the territory.
Officials said the move also reflects ongoing efforts by the FCT administration to recognise and support traditional authorities while promoting inclusive governance.
The gesture is expected to deepen trust and enhance collaboration on development matters within the FCT.
