Ekiti Residents Trust Oyebanji’s Leadership – Fayemi
Former Ekiti State Governor, Kayode Fayemi, has said the large turnout at the All Progressives Congress governorship campaign rally shows strong public confidence in Governor Biodun Oyebanji ahead of the June 20 election.
He spoke after the party’s grand finale rally in Ado-Ekiti on Tuesday.
Fayemi noted that the crowd’s enthusiasm reflected broad acceptance of Oyebanji’s leadership across the state.
He credited the governor’s popularity to what he described as a leadership approach built on humility, inclusion, and focus on development projects.
The former governor also said leadership is about service and putting the needs of citizens first.
He added that Oyebanji has remained consistent in promoting unity and stability, which he believes has supported progress in the state.
He urged APC supporters and residents to maintain peace before, during, and after the election, saying Ekiti should continue to be seen as a model of orderly democratic conduct.
