“The recruitment is designed as a community-driven and transparent process. Traditional rulers, presidents-general of town unions, and youth leaders will verify the origin, residency, and integrity of applicants. All screening forms have been dispatched to the 17 LGAs for issuance under the joint supervision of the Divisional Police Officers (DPOs), Local Government DSS Officers, and Forest Guard Sector Officers.”

He stated that already serving Forest Guard personnel are required to complete the forms for proper documentation and confirmation of their appointments.
