Super Eagles head coach Eric Chelle has unveiled his final 23-man squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Rwanda and South Africa.
Goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali makes the cut despite picking up an injury during Chippa United’s league match on Monday.
Captain William Troost-Ekong, star striker Victor Osimhen, Ademola Lookman, and Alex Iwobi are among the familiar names on the list, alongside Wilfred Ndidi, Ola Aina, Moses Simon, Samuel Chukwueze, and Calvin Bassey.
The squad will assemble in Uyo next Monday ahead of the qualifiers. Nigeria will host Rwanda at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium on Saturday, September 6, before traveling to Bloemfontein to face South Africa three days later.
