Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has called for calm after Lizzy Anjorin accused her of involvement in the death of rising singer Destiny Boy.
Speaking during a TikTok Live session, Iyabo asked her fans to ignore Lizzy, describing her as someone who “needs help” and is no longer the person she once knew.
“Lizzy isn’t the same person I knew,” Iyabo said, questioning what could have caused her behavior. She stressed that prayer is the best response and suggested Lizzy might require medical attention, noting her disappointment that Lizzy’s husband has not intervened.
Iyabo attributed the accusations to stress and delusion, adding, “She is not normal. She is not the same Liz who used to dance and sell her products. I don’t know where her trouble started. The only thing I can do at this stage of her madness is to pray for her. She mentions my name in every little thing. As she is cursing me, I am progressing, and my children are thriving; why should I be angry? My fans should please ignore her. She really needs help. It is unfortunate that she is married to a man who is not learned. He should have taken her for medical treatment, or maybe he doesn’t care.”
Addressing claims that she cursed Lizzy’s child, Iyabo said, “She said I curs£d her child, but I never did that. I don’t wish her child any harm. God will bless and give her child wisdom. I love children. She drags me every time because it is my name that makes her relevant. This is 2026, and all I want to do is work and earn. I don’t have her time. She is delusional. If she doesn’t get medical help, she won’t stop. She is stressed out and needs help.”
The tension between Iyabo Ojo and Lizzy Anjorin is long-standing, with both actresses having engaged in public disputes on social media previously.
Iyabo Ojo finally reply Lizzy Anjorin on her TikTok live today.
She proceeded by saying Lizzy Anjorin suffers from “schizophrenia”, which is the reason why she's not stopping anytime soon 😂😂😂 https://t.co/2L43HeEAIa pic.twitter.com/yNDiyPgo44
