Reality TV star Phyna has finally addressed the viral footage showing her involved in a hotel fight in Abuja. Posting photos of herself in a blue dress on social media, she explained that she was attacked from behind as she tried to leave the hotel.
Phyna claimed the video was edited to misrepresent the situation. “I was attacked from behind on my way out – they even cropped the video just to twist the story. The girl I was involved with hasn’t even regained consciousness. Pray for me and that she does not die,” she wrote.
The incident reportedly started over a dispute involving N200,000 and quickly drew attention, with hotel security intervening to restore order. The edited video sparked widespread discussion online, with fans calling for a balanced understanding of the events.
Many supporters also noted that Phyna has been going through a difficult time, including the recent loss of her sister, and urged the public to show empathy rather than rush to judgment. Neither the hotel management nor local authorities have released official statements about the incident.
