President Tinubu’s aide called the TG Omori a liar after revealing he spent about ₦200M on his health in 6-months and lamented dialysis costs ₦100k.

Meanwhile according to the social media aide, Olusegun, it costs ₦12k. As Dr Sina debunked it, Olusegun switched, claimed he was misunderstood.

Explained that, not all Federal Medical Centres have implemented Pres. Tinubu’s dialysis subsidy. Even though his initial post claimed (all FMC).

This time he listed only 10 FMC’s where the subsidy signed by Pres. Tinubu in March 2025, has been implemented.

Dr. Sina also insisted that, no dialysis centre in the country pays ₦12k for dialysis, despite the FG subsidy.

Back in March when the President approved the 80% subsidy reducing the dialysis to ₦15k.

Popular influencer, Cross, lamented that FMC Ebute Meta, asked them to bring full money, because the FG subsidy had finished just 24hrs after announcement.

Another person corroborated his claims, with receipt, where he paid ₦40k, instead of the patriotic ₦12k.

While Nigerians continue to debunk the claims. Patriotic Nigerians insisted it is true and everyone is indeed paying ₦12k, while re-sharing the news from March, making it look as though Pres. Tinubu recently signed the subsidy.

Dr. Sina has now decided to start a thread, where he’d contact colleagues and post their conversations, confirming no FMC does dialysis for ₦12k. So far, he has posted UCH Ibadan ₦80k and TH Uniben ₦55k.

In all of this, TG Omori remains quiet as he looks to start a fund to support people who can’t afford the expensive dialysis.

Dialysis is simply a process of removing waste from the blood and toxins etc, basically doing the work of the weak kidney.
