“We share in your grief, we share in your pain, and the love of flesh is not the love that’s in the spirit. The spirit that remains is one of hard work, dedication, faithfulness, and honesty, and we abide by that.

“We assure you and the entire family that I will continue the legacy of our lives and the spirit that guides us. Thank you for everything you do. The vision is there, and we are going to see it come to fruition. Thank you for recognizing it.

“That spirit, that practice, that integrity, and that character are what we honor and invite everyone to uphold. May God bless you, keep us united, and lead us to the promised land. I pray that God grants him identity. Thank you.”

The visit underscored Tinubu’s commitment to upholding Buhari’s legacy of service, integrity, and dedication to the nation.
